• Rentals can be by the night, or by the week, from the day you have chosen.

Arrivals: 3.00pm / 8.00pm in case of late arrival, please inform reception when making your reservation.

Departures: 10.00am at the latest

• For any reservation, a deposit of 30% of the rental amount is required. After receiving this, a confirmation email will be sent to you. The reservation is effective upon receipt of the deposit.

• In the event of cancellation more than 30 days before arrival, the entire deposit is kept by us. From 0 to 15 days before arrival, the total amount of the stay will be due.

• Payment of the balance, tourist taxes (€1 per day / adult) and extras completed on the day of your departure.

• Baby cots and high chairs and baby baths will be provided free of charge (specify when booking).

• An inventory of the apartments and a check of all appliances is carried out on each departure during cleaning. (Notify Reception within 24 hours of the slightest problem you have noticed).

• Possibility of an extra bed in F2 and F3: €10 / Day
